On Thursday, the state of Western Australia lifted, and this decision came after four months of where Sydney announced reopening for vaccinated travelers without quarantine requirement. Australia is now open for travelers with this new announcement, and vaccinated tourists are now eligible for visa holders.
With the recent update, the airport of Perth was abuzz with people once again as 22 domestic flights and five international flights began arriving here on Thursday.
With this new announcement, the country can expect more tourist influx as western Australia comprises amazing destinations such as Perth, Broome, Rottnest island, and many others.
Western Australia had stopped the spread of the virus with the help of contract tracing and isolating individuals affected by the virus. The country’s reopening has been welcomed, but it was a long time coming.
