My Journey to Madhya Pradesh started from Bangalore Airport and as always, my favourite way to start the trip is by having a favourite breakfast at the Above Ground Level Lounge in the domestic Terminal.

Trying out puliyogareĀ ,South Indian Tamarind Rice and pav bhaji and kashmiri pulao to start my journey.

Madhya Pradesh is known for their Street food especially with an influence ofĀ Rajasthani andĀ GujaratiĀ cuisines as well and the cuisines of this Malwa region state is no exception. Some of the simple and mouth watering traditional dishes.
