The reception staff were phenomenal and took me up to see my room and told the ins and out of the hotel. Helpful. The staff are always keen to open a door, hold the lift or only lend a smile.

ITC Grand Central Rooms! The room itself was fantastic; two bathrooms, lots of extra comforts, free chocolates and

cookies, water bottles everywhere and even a massage chair in the bedroom. Rooms are quite spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Two huge flat screen TVs, everything amazingly clean. Even though it marked as a smoking room, I didn’t notice any smell. There were health supplements in little glasses. Towels implied super fluffy, exercise equipment in the huge walk-in closet, hardwood or marble tile floors, even a small library of fiction books.

I had my day bed next to the window, to my surprise the view was quite beautiful. Must mention, the Rooftop lounge has breathtaking views, especially during sunset.Breakfast each morning was exceptional, the bar was excellent as well as the other restaurants. The Hornby’s Pavilion Restaurant at the hotel served delicious meals and even if your full you must try the desserts.

Some traditional dishes served at Hornby’s Pavilion include Bohri Biryani, Dal Makhani, Chicken Chettinadu and Sunday Roast Chicken.

The Point of View – Nestled on the rooftop, The Point of View is the most premium and exclusive lounge at the ITC Grand Central. It features a wood-paneled library, spacious meeting areas and a soothing ambience that suit both leisure and business travellers.

The Dublin The Irish Bar – A perfect illustration of Irish décor, the Dublin The Irish Bar serves an excellent variety of Irish beverages which include wines, spirits and cocktails. Some must try dishes include Cognacs, Single Malts, Lagavulin, Pernod, Malibu, Garlic Potato, Crispy Chilli Chicken, Tsing Tao and Irish Coffee.
