Luxury Stay at Le Méridien Paro Riverfront ,Bhutan

When visiting Paro, you’ll feel right at home at Le Meridien Paro, which offers quality accommodation and exceptional service. The river situates the hotel and almost all the hotel rooms face the river and are a clean and tidy building. Paro Airport is approximately 3 km from the hotel. The excellent location makes you feel like you are sitting there, just like being in the beautiful scenery.

Check-in was very smooth, and there was a welcome drink. After entering the room, the room was so big, and you could see the river view, which was amazing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the amenities you need. Floor-to-ceiling windows are finished in traditional Bhutanese style and open slightly to allow fresh air to flow in. The bathroom is also large and has everything you need. The staff here are very polite and willing to help at any time. Hotel’s signature Le Méridien bed offers a transformative night’s rest, and at the same, you settle yourself comfortably in a curated space featuring flat screen TV, wired and wireless high-speed internet access, sleek technology, and a separate bath and shower to ensure a relaxing stay.

Hotel’s ‘Latest Recipe’ serves as a restaurant for all-day dining with intriguing local flavours and a selection from its modern a la carte menu. While Bamboo Chic is one of its culinary highlights and Bhutan’s first Asian Fusion Restaurant. Latitude is a stylish venue to engage in a relaxed conversation over chilled wines of pleasurable bar creations when space transforms at night.

The breakfast is very rich and varied. The staff at the restaurant constantly provide us with delicious food and make sure we can have everything we want. When we went for the second time, they remembered us and remembered what we said the day before. Everyone has a warm smile on his face. We are very grateful.

The hotel has a very calm atmosphere, and there is a heated swimming pool on the first floor but no lifeguards. The heated swimming pool is a special feature of this hotel, in addition to the beautiful river view. The open space of the hotel next to the river is very wide, and you can reach the river directly from the first floor. Take a walk on the side facing the river and enjoy the magnificent view of the hotel and a pagoda in the garden. The hotel’s other facilities include Business center, Fitness center, Spa, Altar room, Indoor heated pool, meeting, and events.

The rooms, food and hot springs are excellent. Check-out at the hotel is the same as checking in at the airport. I am very happy, and I highly recommend it to experience luxury. All the staff made our stay very comfortable and made us convinced that we would come back again. There is no doubt, MacroTraveller will definitely come back to enjoy your service again.
