Italy, France and Spain welcome tourists amid the rise in Coronavirus cases.

The European countries of Italy, Spain and France are set to welcome tourists despite seeing a quick rise in Coronavirus cases as tourists and party-goers continue to visit the places.

Italy recently joined the other countries of France and Spain in lifting down their lockdown measures which has hit hard on the countries economy. Earlier on Wednesday, Health Minister Roberto Speranza ruled out to re-introduce lockdown in the country.

“I exclude the hypothesis of a lockdown for our country now,” the minister said. “We have few cases and the situation is under control, with pressure on hospitals that are very low, minimal.” Said Roberto Speranza.

Italy was the original epicentre in the European region has registered around 1367 Coronavirus cases on Wednesday, France reported 5,429 cases and Spain around 3,594 cases which are recent surges in Coronavirus cases.

The Spanish government has announced that 2,000 of their soldiers available if requested by regional authorities to help them with contact tracing. However, Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said that another round of lockdown is not on the table, meanwhile, French President Emmanuel Macron had ruled out lockdown but the government will target local confinements to keep Coronavirus in check.

In all the three countries, there has been a steady rise in Coronavirus cases as they all had eased the lockdown where you could see many people laxed social distancing and many people gathered during summertime. But the numbers of recorded deaths were low as it was seen during the spring where Italy had faced the cases of coronavirus during peak period.

To stop the spread of the contagious virus, Italy has stepped up testing at its ports and airports for visitors arriving from high-risk countries. The country has tightened the rules of mask-wearing and has already closed the nightclubs.
