Foreign tourists who are fully vaccinated against covid19 and have completed at least 6 months of taking a second dose will be welcomed to Israel as part of the organized group without necessarily receiving the booster shot of vaccine said the government on Monday.
Tourists will be able to enter if they have completed 6 months of taking the second dose of valid covid vaccine said the health and tourism ministries in a joint statement, however, people will be subjected to a lot of conditions.

The group, in particular, must be granted permission by the tourism ministry to enter the country and its members of max 40 people should be country with a favourable epidemiological situation and vaccinated with vaccines recognised by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Israel opened borders to individual tourists inoculated with WHO-recognized vaccines – those by Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Janssen, Sinovac and Sinopharm – provided for they did not travel to countries classified as “red” zones over the past 14 days … From November 15, Russians vaccinated with Sputnik V are expected to be allowed to enter Israel.
