Bhopal – Jabalpur Janshatabdi express gets vista dome coaches

State ministers Usha Thakur and Vishvas Sarang flagged off the train from Kamalapati Railway station the new vista dome coaches for Bhopal – Jabalpur Janshatabdi express

The coach has been installed by the Indian Railways under the initiative of the Madhya Pradesh tourism board, which features large windows, 360 degrees rotatable and pushback chairs and self-operational sliding doors.

Vistadome coaches come equipped with transparent roofs and large windows that enable passengers to take in the beauty of the surrounding views, along with enhanced facilities to ensure their ease and comfort.

With the introduction, one can travel to all major tourist destinations like Bhimbaithika, Tawa Dam, Satpura National Park, Madhai and Pachmarhi will become much more enjoyable and refreshing and enjoy the beauty of river and hills thus having an immersive experience.

India’s first vista dome coach was inaugurated in 2017 in Andhra Pradesh between the Visakhapatnam-Araku route and as per the recent data from Indian Railways, there are around 33 vista dome coaches in the country currently.
