Air New Zealand is offering mystery breaks to attract tourists

Air New Zealand has come with an interesting offer in a bid to attract travelers where they are offering mystery breaks. This is due to the fact that the country is now open to domestic tourists and keeping this in mind, the airways are offering mystery breaks. The interesting offer is that the tourists would not know where they would be going until 2 days before departure.

This exciting package offers everything that includes round-trip flights, which includes the tourists to visit some of the breath-taking destinations in the country. Travelers can be flying to Auckland, Queenstown, Invercargill, Wellington, Hamilton, Gisborne, Christchurch, New Plymouth, North Island, Dunedin, and Timaru, but they would know their destination only two days before.  Also, the airline has tied with Accor hotels for tourists to stay.

Plans of Mystery Package

Travelers can choose either of 3 packages which is currently being offered by Air New Zealand.

  1. Great Mystery Break: The package is priced at $599 (INR 44182) per person for two nights. It is inclusive of a three to four-star hotel stay, breakfast, and return hotel transfers.
  2. Deluxe Mystery Break: This package is priced at $699 (INR 51558) per person for two nights. It includes a 4 to 4.5-star hotel, breakfast, and an Avis rental car.
  3. Luxury Mystery Break: Starting at $1629 (INR 1,20,144) per person for two nights with a five-star hotel stay, breakfast and dinner, and a luxury Avis rental car.

With this, the airline is planning to encourage tourists to explore the country again and the package is flexible where you can travel until March 2021. Also, the airline is providing a vacation voucher which can be bought as a gift by tourists.

The economy of New Zealand has suffered a lot since the pandemic and tourism is one of the biggest contributors to GDP of the country.
